Shooter on Campus ?

On the morning of Sept. 16 I was able to follow Officer Tom Bruce on what was supposed to be a "Shooter on campus" emergency drill. With first hand access I was able to witness what I would simply put as a joke. For many weeks there was lots of hype about the drill for that day. Teachers and staff mentioned that there was going to be a drill that day in the morning and the evening. I was very excited while anticipating the drill. This was a great opportunity to see many of the surrounding area officers in action, especially when I learned that it was going to be a "shooter on campus" drill! I told myself, "Imagine the many opportunities I was going to have to record great moments with my camera of police officers in action!" But sadly naïve Peter was greatly disappointed. It was not what I was expecting.
